PDFnite (“the Service”) is a web application for merging, splitting, compressing, and converting PDFs in your browser. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

• Overload the Service (e.g. automated bulk access)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to or tamper with the Service’s systems

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

In particular, please note:

• Output quality depends on your browser environment and is not guaranteed.
• The unlock tool cannot remove strong encryption on every PDF.
• Compression results vary by file content; significant size reduction is not guaranteed.

4. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any damages (including data loss or business losses) arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Always back up important files before processing them.

5. Changes and suspension

We may change or suspend the Service at any time without prior notice, and we accept no liability for any resulting loss.

6. Usage limits

The Service offers a limited number of free runs per day. These limits may change without notice.
