PDFnite (“the Service”) performs most PDF operations entirely in your browser. Files you upload through these tools are not sent to or stored on our servers.

2. Information we do not collect

The Service does not collect:

• The contents of PDF files you upload
• Files produced by conversion or processing
• Personal information such as name or email (no account required)

To enforce daily usage limits, we store a per-device usage counter in your browser’s localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Third-party services

The Service uses the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — site usage analytics
• Google AdSense — advertising
• iLovePDF API — Office-to-PDF conversion
• CloudConvert API — PDF-to-Office conversion
• Anthropic Claude API — AI summarization and translation
• Resend — sending contact-form emails

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to improve the Service. It collects usage information such as page views and time on page, but does not access the contents of files you process.

To opt out of Google Analytics, install theGoogle Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Google AdSense and advertising

The Service displays ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website and other websites.
